    There is no definate drying time as the atmospheric conditions determine drying time, Once your confident the skim has dryed properly (on average this is about a week), theres is no need to worrry about the hardwall underneath as this should have dried out before the skim was applied.

    Cheers Woody, I spoke to the council and they looked on a program called "DigDat" and said it defo a sewr pipe, im not building over it but will be only 650 mm away from it.
