    Firstly it was stupid not taking note in the first place! Secondly, the baffles are a doddle as far as taking out & putting in go (compared to what you guys work with) did realise they had to be staggered but didn't know what way round the first row went. Know now :lol: Big Thanks

    I'm sure it's been asked before? What way round do I put the baffle plates back in after cleaning my warmflow boiler. Holes to the flue side, other side, staggered or does it matter? Thanks :D

    Hehehe, very witty :lol: Was looking in the garage & found a tin of Thompsons roof seal, does concrete the lot. It's black but who'll see it up there :shock: Probably similar to what you're talking a bout and it's uv resistant & breathable.

    Definitely not condensation! Never had it until now & wall patchy with efflorescenses & bubbling paint. Other than the likes of Thompsons water seal which I've found useless, what else is there? I've seen actual crown seal but it seems to be American, so not available here. Apparently...

    reillo g3 burner only runs with air intake pipe disconnected

    I've seen a friend with a similar boiler with flue gases going up a chimmney flue and his air intake coming in seperately straight through a wall from the outside. Would that be possible to do, keep existing straight through the wall flue for ex-gases and another new vent for fresh air?
