    Is this a spotlight transformer, can I replace it?

    The black casing is just a connector block, the transformer will be on the other end of the block, pull the rest of the light down then the transformer should appear.

    Yeh I only said 50k as I bought a 02 fiesta years back, it had 49k on it and lasted ages. Not sure whether buying from garage or private so warranty will depend. Thanks

    Thanks. I have found that the citroens are reasonable priced compared to the vauxhall, i was going to get one that hasn't got a great deal of mileage on it, max 50000 really.

    Well when my gf got home the boiler had no pressure in the boiler, he did the job come down and said there you go all done. Impressed with water in the system, no I drained the system down until there was no water in the upstairs rads(that's where it was).

    Yellow and blue most prob switch lives for each light, put the red in com, then loop a red to the other common and put the blue in L1 and the yellow in the other L1, but as u have a metal switch a earth will be required which I can't quite see in the pic if it's been connected to the back box.

    Thanks, the job has been done now, I just used tile adhesive to fill the holes, has worked fine. :D
