hi have come across a concord boiler .The age of it is about twenty years old.Boiler working fine but seals on casing are past there best.Any idea if the seals are still avaliable and once fitted best way to test soundness of seals when boiler is operating thanks

thanks for reply .at the moment have not tested anything.just fitted new diverter as this had gone.hot water fires up great and the water runs well,though the flow rate at the taps is fairly low ?

hot water fires up runs for about 1 minute then cuts out.relights after 30secs.keeps doing this whilst tap is flowing.any ideas thank you

hi when i turn on hot tap no hot water. call for heating on room stat and boiler lights ok.could this be a faulty diverter valve. valliant turbomax i think.green control buttons?THANKS

if you have no fan or pump sounds like flow switch.this a very coomon fault on this boiler.they are a cheap fix about £20 peter

a job i went to was failed by building insp .shower run of 4m had a40mm pipe and a fall of 100mm .is this not to regs and would that trap make i complie thanks
