Plstering, - thanks for the detailed info, I think you have given me enough to get me going! My only question now is the corners, - I take it i just buy jointing tape or plastic strips to go over the corners/angles and them plaster striaght over these?

Problem solved, - blocked pilot injector! After unblocking the second hole, bolier fires up instantly! Thanks for all help
