    Well if they have replaced the sensor and pump ,and have still not cured the fault then i presume this would warrant a kit being used. The engineers should be aware of this remedy as it has been used to cure this fault on several occassions in my area.

    Just look and see if the pilot is alight if it is only the neons 1 and 2 will light.If not have you put the link in terminal 9 and S/L ON THE PCB.Also recheck the wiring on the new pcb and the polarity or the wiring harness to the fan

    You could isolate the flow and return on the boiler if no pressure loss then a leak is system side.Warning though if you so much as look at those valves they tend to start leaking
