Well if they have replaced the sensor and pump ,and have still not cured the fault then i presume this would warrant a kit being used. The engineers should be aware of this remedy as it has been used to cure this fault on several occassions in my area.

Above the pipe should read above the pump.

There is a f75 kit which replaces the return pipe and has the sensor above the pipe.Vaillant have been using these where pump and sensor replacement have failed

Just look and see if the pilot is alight if it is only the neons 1 and 2 will light.If not have you put the link in terminal 9 and S/L ON THE PCB.Also recheck the wiring on the new pcb and the polarity or the wiring harness to the fan

Yes if the pilot stays on after a demand has finished, the boiler will not relight the burner.But if you cut the power or gas and then reinstate it the boiler will light. its caused by the gas valve not extinguishing the pilot so the next demand it will not light burner because it thinks it is...

Check if pilot is on permant if it is cut power boiler will light turn down stat boiler will not light because pilot stays on if this is the case new gas valve will solve prob

You could isolate the flow and return on the boiler if no pressure loss then a leak is system side.Warning though if you so much as look at those valves they tend to start leaking
