Mesh in floor screed when layer over 2 foundations.

It's not opposite ends of the beams which are on different foundations, it's some of the beams on the same ends. In the photo the new thermilite wall beams are supported on piles where as the beams directly next to it are support on the existing wall. In that case I will add mesh to the whole...

Mesh in floor screed when layer over 2 foundations.

Mesh in floor screed when layer over 2 foundations.

I'm about to screed a block and beam floor. One end of the beams sits on the existing strip foundation for half. Then the other half sits on a need piled foundation. I'd of put extra adhesive behind so it was solid to fix too. You could cut the section out. Fill with adhesive then use longer screws if required.

Hi, just trying to source a new UPVC window for an opening of 3250 wide by 1950 high. Alot of the online sellers won't make windows this wide. Part J - log burner clearances

The only stoves I know of that can be close to a wall are the twin wall convection type, some only need 150mm. They are nowhere near as hot as a single skin flue pipe. A normal box log burner quite often needs to be 800mm or so away from non combustible materials. What log burnerror do you have?
