I have to install a disabled bathroom for an elderly parent as per council requirements. The spec says that the wash basis must have a rim height of 800mm from FFL. Just want to make sure I got this right - we are talking about the the top of the outer basin right i.e. tap level has to be 800mm from FFL and not the underside etc?
Fitting sink so that rim is 800mm from FFL
