Worth putting full-bore isolators on shower

I think you are getting hung up on both being at 6 oclock. As long as they are level. You could get them both at 6oclock if you experimented with the loctite.

Worth putting full-bore isolators on shower

Yes Yes but don't add more and rather than back up both, tighten one.

Worth putting full-bore isolators on shower

Ok so using the loctite 55 on one of the connectors first follow the instructions on the pack which will say use approx 10 wraps clockwise but use a bit more to the inner part of the thread so as you tighten it it will create the seal that you need before all of the thread goes in. Then do...

HELP ON TOILET LEAKING AT BOTTOM

What could be the problem here is that the pan connector has a number of rings which make the seal in the soil pipe. If, once the pan connector is pushed into a position, if it is then pulled back out a bit the rings can distort inside the soil pipe losing the seal. You could try pulling the...

Worth putting full-bore isolators on shower

It's not glue. It's a pipe sealing cord, a modern alternative to ptfe tape. But with this stuff you can 'back off' letting you get the connectors in the correct place. Andy.

    Combi Boiler Sizing

Do a bit of research on this. There are plenty of threads on here re. boiler sizing. I suggest you are thinking about this the wrong way round. The question you are asking seems to be for a boiler to serve rads and to add a bit for a cylinder which you don't need to do. A good start would be...

    Moving a toilet?

I wouldn't say its impossible. Some of the cheaper toilet to go type wc's seem to have the spigot further away from the wall so you might get one to fit. Rather than a box could you create a shallow stud wall behind to take up the difference. Andy.

How easy to move this toilet (pic attached)

There are various fittings available to connect the back of the wc to the soil pipe. One thing to bear in mind is that you need a minimum fall of 18mm per metre. Andy.

Which Mixer Shower for Combi Boiler - Grohe? Aqualisa?

Never fitted a grohe so can't comment. Aqualisa is my shower of choice. I have fitted quite a few and have had no problems. They are of good quality. I have a 37Kw boiler with good water pressure at home with 2 aqualisa thermostatic bar showers. Very pleased with them. Andy.
