    Scrolling probllem

    When I scroll up it jumps to the bottom and vice versa. This happens when I am using the mouse or the keyboard. If I log off and then on again it works properly for a while then jumps up and down again. I have been on to Microsoft Search the Knowledge and other people are having the same problem...

    I saw a mouse in the garage and we had signs of one in the kitchen. We put down humane traps and caught three which we drove a couple of miles away to release them.     Thank you Chris. I have done a reset and we were already on EPG Guide Digital so I have gone back to Guide Plus. I thin I have got it back but won't know for 24 hours when the channels should appear.

    I've been on the Sony forum and lots of people are having this problem and Sony don't seem to want to do anything about it. Apparently Guide plus has and is being phased out. Someone on the forum said to use Freeview EPG but did not explain how to get this.
