When I scroll up it jumps to the bottom and vice versa. This happens when I am using the mouse or the keyboard. If I log off and then on again it works properly for a while then jumps up and down again. I have been on to Microsoft Search the Knowledge and other people are having the same problem but so far there has been no solution. I've tried changing the mouse speed but that hasn't helped. Can anyone help please?
