    Electric oven questions

What you mean where the wire connects up to the cooker terminals. These are on the outside of the oven.A cover then goes over the top.If this is what you mean. Then at this point the outer sleeve of the wire is removed leaving 3 separate wires with individual sleeves. The wires are conneced to the...

    latex or water based compound

+/- 7mm in places.I,m also tiling between 2 rooms. The kitchen floor is dead flat. The utility room is not. Also where the 2 rooms join the floor bumps up a bit to join the kitchen. You wouldn't know unless you put a spirit level or straight edge on it.

Thanks thats brilliant.I don't think i will use flexi-pipe as you said. The tails on the monobloc tap are pretty bendy and as long as the rest of the plumbing is close to them i won't have a problem. Thanks again

    plumbiing in sink and taps

Not quite.I haven't brought the monobloc tap yet but i understand it will have 15mm (i assume) tail pipes. These could be connected straight to my isolater. However if the pipes were 12mm i would have to fit a reducer, then a bit of pipe for it the join with, then a isolater. If i had a flexible-pipe...

    plumbiing in sink and taps

Thanks Peter I was going to fit the tap to a flexi-connector with an isolater but can only find flexi-connectors with compression fitting one side and tap connector the other with a isolater or flexi-pipe with no isolater and compression both sides.I know i could fit an isolator on its own but...
