Condensation is severe..I can see very similar to a steam room just after shower though fan is on. Also see 'sweaty' wall and then drop together pouring down...Near window drop allover. It was up to level that I thought initially there is some water leak from some pipe inside wall..

Thanks for lots of suggestions... I am first going to try these to see if that makes any difference.. 1. straighten the duct and fix opening around light well 2. Increase timer if I managed to find a way.. 3. Keeping door open after use 4. Lowering shower curtain a bit at the top to get more...

Yes exactly, even if I run fan for hours it may not make much difference..

these are weekend showers, usual weekday ones are 10 min max. BTW my weekend shower normally cross 40 min. So doubt I could challenge him on this:oops:

Right, I thought longer shower curtain will keep stream inside the bath area where all sides are tiled. Are you saying it is better if I keep shower curtain bit lower so that larger gap at the top..? Is that going to reduce condensation ..? Thanks Mine also is a shower in a large bath, Thanks

Also I doubt its timer problem as water condensation is happening when the fan is running... My son takes 30 min shower during weekend, thats when we have most condensation. At the end of shower even with fan on entire bathroom is filled like a misty morning..

You need to check the drive belt tension and condition, particularly when the foot control is fully up. Good point..I have seen some replacement videos. But its beyond my DIY skills. But need to see if belt is loose. I remember replacing vaccum cleaner belt nearly got my vaccum to golden days...
