Stripped back an old Bothie, and found these. Any thoughts on removing?

That was the house, but for the bothie we are adding a room above, with a dorma roof, so more load than the roof on the house.

That is what the builder did, and building control passed it.

I am trying to find one local, but not having much luck just now :) Joy of Scotland, the roof is coming off so thought good time to get steel in.

Looking at opening up a fairly large span in the back of a solid stone cottage. The walls are 900mm thick.... Would a padstone just be put on top of the existing stone, or would a new pier have to be built? Its a full length 8m or so. Can pop up a couple of drawings of the plan.

Yep sure did, and shows up as two areas in the apo

So all working, but I don't seem to get any email notification from this area when armed or alarmed via Smart Com, the main house alerts are all working fine, so did I miss something? Cheers

Thanks, thats the problem, the boiler was sized for out new build, super insulated, unfloor heated house. The shower is hot for about 10mins, but then cools right down. If i leave it 10mins and try again, same cycle.

HELP.... Strange one here, i had door chime set on this system for my shop so i knew when someone came in. Doing a renovation the alarm was powered down for a week. Now on power up, everything is working, but no chime when door is opened. I have wintex, and checked everything I can think of...

Yeah the outside box is 3 stories up, was hoping not to have to find a way to get to that.... :(
