When tiling a replacement bathroom do you fit the bath in against the wall and then tile or do you tile the wall so that they are below where the top of the bath will be before you put the bath in or doesn't it matter?

I have just bought an Altecnic Robokit for a sealed central heating system and I cannot be sure from the information they supplied with regard to which way the expansion vessel should or may be must be assembled ie with the Schraeder air valve on the top side or underneath or may be either way.

I have never bothered about the frost Stat which I find is situated on outside garage wall and with a Honeywell l641B on boiler pumped return pipe. Is problem caused by colder weather?
