Does this stuff ever actually dry? I mean properly, hard type of dry? I've painted some newly fitted mdf window sills and despite being done over 4 weeks ago they are still kind of soft. i.e. place mats, vases etc stick to the surface. Is this normal or should I bite the bullet and gloss...
