Hi guys, wonder if anyone can help. I started doing some landscaping on my garden last year, doing raised beds etc. I got all my joints perfect, screwed into posts that are concreted in the ground. I have noticed this year certain areas the wood is cupped pretty bad. Placing them bark side...

Another thought actually. Would normal emulsion stick to the paper? It’s a foil textured vinyl.

    Wallpaper problem

It must be a designers thing. Looks great on the roll and as a sample but when butted together doesn’t look the best . I’m thinking of stripping it all off.

    Wallpaper problem

Hmm I just don’t think it will change. Decorator says it’s a strippable wallpaper so doesn’t absorb paste like other papers.

    Wallpaper problem

Hi there. It is 100% matched. I was with the decorator when he matched it all. He cut one strip then matched to the first strip and dropped it down 32mm to get the odd pieces. So the 1st, 3rd and 5th strips were all cut the same and the 2nd, 4th, and 6th strip were all cut the same. He marked...

    Home Hub Matrix System

Yes apparently he has a planned drawing, or he said he has. So I'm onto the developers now to get hold of him to send me the drawings. I WILL get these even if he has to come out and do it as I have paid quite a bit of money for the system and I will harass them/him until i have these plans.

With the Matrix and Switch etc. I have media plates all around the home. But as my BT modem is upstairs in a cupbaord I'm getting pretty bad coverage downstairs. Do you...

Yes apparently they have run hundreds of metres of cables throughout my home including speaker cable. But nobody knows where this is apart from him lol. There is a faceplate on the opposite side of the wall of where I'm intending to put a plate. Could I not utilise this plate and just blank that...

    Home Hub Matrix System

You have explained this soo well. I actually understand it now. So the patch panel should have ideally been marked up as to which port links to which media plate :/. Does it matter which port the patch cable plugs into the network switch?

    Home Hub Matrix System

Ah so you know how all this works? This is good to know :). Were just going through quotes for garage conversion. I'm guessing you need to run the wire after stud walls are in place? Thank you so much for your response.

    Garage Conversion

Hi there, Wonder if any of you guys can help. I want to convert my garage into a Home Office/Storage area. So the office would be at the front of the garage looking out of a window and perhaps 1/3rd of the garage at the back storage partitioned off with a stud wall. It is a Taylor Wimpey New...
