I wonder if any of you guys could help. We are currently getting quotes for a garage conversion. We are looking to get a window put where the integral garage is at the moment. But have noticed there is no cavity tray above the existing garage door where the catnic is. I have attached images. Does this mean all brickwork will need to be removed above the catnic and a cavity tray with weep holes installed? Or is there an alternative way of doing this. Just want to get ahead of the game before the builders come in.
