    Thank you so much for all the responses. As it’s a new build its with the heating engineers. They are still yet to resolve the problem. But haven’t had heating in since, they should be around in the next few weeks.

    Yea the company is Option Skills. They offer the 100 day portfolio with a registered Gas Safe Engineer at a cost of £500 for the term. But like you guys say why would they do this to train a competitor :/.

    Also, if i'm using sleepers to raise the garden at the front. The soil i put in to create the raised bed around the border will be up against the fence. Would I need a secondary sleeper to stop the soil touching the fence? Damn adding this up it could be quite an expensive project :/
