it makes sense that mabye water has found it s way in to the bearing space as there is some brown slatterings on the bearing casing eminating outwards/downwards and on the floor ...water/rust mixed? So will look around for a cheap tideme over machine and give this one a really good send off...

Spoke to bregs monday,they said it had indeed been refused due to lack of saftey and structural specs. I mentioned the one sent back to me was the original NOT the second draft with the new specs that were submitted and he said he was busy right now but would dig my file out and mabye resubmit...

written on the new big long tank it says- `500 hr type tested feed and expansion tank` what is 500 ? the old one just has measurements on it 30 x 24x23. 500 hr ? any ideas :?:

I was looking at the joist hangers today in b n q,and if the steels are in ,I was under the impression they hang on to the rsj with a claw like action over the top ,but all the ones on display had a level top were I guess I would have to drill in to the steel to fix em on,is that right...
