    yeah id go for wool on the floors. Kingspan is great for walls and ceilings though... not thats not good for floors but the cost means i use wool on floors as heat rises its the least important part of a room UNLESS its above a garage etc

    pretty sure you cant take the new buildings wall to your boundry either. you have to leave a few foot distance inbetween your wall and the neighbours fence/wall. its something like 4/5 feet i think

    I bought some "Treated wood" for my new fench but it appears it gets dipped quicker than a baptised baby so i want to treat it again. My zaney old dad says something about Parafin and Diesel?? Or would something off the shelf be better? thanks
