Keep her running a bit longer

Still running beautifully nearly 2 years later. The only owner was disabled so there were only 13.5k on the clock, the overall condition of the rest of the car confirmed the mileage. Thanks for the replies.

    Picture Hanging

How rude of me! Thanks for your replies, I used those plastic hooks with the 3 headless nail type things in the end. Sorry for not showing my appreciation earlier.

WHIRLPOOL ADP 4504 DISHWASHER CYCLE RUNNING FOR HOURS, HELP!

If you switch it off, wait a few minutes and then start the cycle again (or a different one) the first thing it should do is drain any existing water. If it doesn't do this it's either the a sensor or (probably) a faulty pump. I'm no expert but had problems with my Ariston dish washer also.

    flat beading for wooden floors

I used some flat beading in my lounge, it looks much better than quadrants I think. It's wood looking plastic stuff though not real wood. Still looks great though. It also has a plastic base which the beading clips onto so you can route small cables underneath.

Lawn Help - I've been ripped off!

Thanks pjames, can't believe how much it's improved. It feels very springy underfoot though when i've been mowing it. I obviously didn't compact the soil enough. I was absolutely knackered by then though.

Alarm, it's the Virgin Media cable. They managed to completely severe the phone cable which is attached to it in at least 3 different places. It's been repaired now and I've tucked it back under the carpet.

Lawn Help - I've been ripped off!

Andehh - I actually used TrustATrader.com. He didn't have any reviews but he was the only one that rang back! I have learnt the lesson but thanks for reminding me about the 3 quotes, I'm in danger of forgetting, the wife only reminds me of it 4 or 5 times a day since this episode! :wink...

Lawn Help - I've been ripped off!

Let me tell you a story: The wife and I wanted to re turf our lawn as it was really shabby and had missing patches. Not being a very good gardener we decided to get the professionals in. Stupid mistake no.1, I accepted the first quote of £300 for 20 m2. When he arrived he said he had...
