dry fire fault code showing. boiler is full of water , theres no blockage and flow switch shows continuity when pump runs. any ideas.

its always better to get the boiler as close to the outlet as possible. could have been mounted six inch lower. :lol:

Ferroli Optimax f12 code= pcb confused. To reprogram you press reset for ten seconds and TS appears. Press reset for one second and P01 appears. Press heating + and p02 appears. Press hot water + and 0 codes appear. Then press up or down on heating + or - to get o1 . Then press reset...

customer said his heating wasnt on but his hot water was working then he pushed some buttons on the front and now f12 wont go off no matter what you try.

does anyone know what f12 fault code is. its not in the manual.

i would guess a faulty earth or neutral.

check that there is a permanent live from the clock to the wireing center.

so it finally comes out , your a window cleaner.

i had similar problem and it was the min burner pressure set to 6mbr instead of 2 mbr.
