halstead have been part of Glen Dimplex for some time now and the quality shows!!!
having taken over Lec refrigeration, Glen dimplex closed the Bognor Regis site and a similar fate will befall Halstead in a short time i suspect
Valor on the other hand was taken over by BAXI

moving production to stoves in whiston, liverpool. closing all but one warehouses down south.i wonder whether they can improve boiler and sales.
