no m8 fraid not you see there is a switch sur socket in loft already so wired it with 3 amp fuse direct to boiler so i could fire up boiler the programmer has it own supply in from front room switch spur from old system and there is a spur in airing cupboard of upstairs ring with 3 amp fuse .y

if its just a matter of wiring to the honeywell diagram but only puttin a single wire from wc 8 to boiler 4 i could do that no probs

no the wc is in the airing cupboard with own supply programmer in front room own supply boiler in loft own supply

im not doubting you lot at all i think you all have being a great help to me ive learnt allot much more than they teach you a colledge anyway

so your saying wire it as honey well say but just wire single wire from 8 on wc to vaillant 4 in otherwords .and remove the link

the boiler has its own 3 amp spurred supply also does the programmer and the 10 way box

i would do it that way but its a vaillaint boiler m8 3 is perminant live so must use 4 and 5

think ive got it sorted Using cheapo Honeywell wiring center (with 10 terminals) let terminal 1 be negative, and 2 be live. Wire a plug and cord to these terminals and make earth a saperate block connection (call it terminal E) Boiler E, N &L go to WC E 1 and 2. Boiler terminals 3, 4, &5 go...

not sure really dont think so its a new valve suppose i could put a 90 comp bend on and do away with the cylinder to try

yes 3 port valve fitted and ive being switching over manually

removed pump head clean as a whistle

i am very compitent in doing it just making sure

ok so i shut both valves f/r and undo the two filling valves that will take the pressure out right , then remove the front of the pump i think there allen bolts without going up the loft and takin a look is this right.. and yes the 2 speed was activated by means of the computor programme

hi tony i can do as you ask i think .. this pump is a two speed pump selectable speed in he onboard computor .which part acually should i remove , i take it i will need to drain again

ow and thats with setting spped of pump to 2 but leaving the bypass alone ,its half out

still seems o me as if theres enough pump power to heat the f/r circuit from the boiler round the heating main loop but when it trys to flow up pipes to the rads it loses the flow ,its heats the bathroom rad and a coulpe of other rads upstairs but only after about an hour and not very hot even...
