Well I don't know about the one rolled over brickwork. But aren't people advised to have the holes drilled into brickwork and chemicals pumped in, together with half the paster knocked off the ground floor and more chemicals to treat under that -or something? Should people bother or not...

Hello, have terrible problems in my house, have had many burst pipes in a particular corner, in same room things rusting of the wall ie radiator, brackets etc. Anyhow here is a picture of the outside worst bit. Can anyone tell if this is likely to be the culprit and what to do about it...
