    Hi Lee , i have had a deck down for around 11 years , we did treat it many years ago with cuprinol deck care which is clear so leaves the natural colour to a point , but we have found that a jet washer once or twice a year keeps the deck in good nick in actual fact we have just cleaned it ready...

    Big-all i think i am coming round to the ryobi , do you think if i bought the impact driver with two batteries 2.4 ah it would cover all my screwing requierements or would it pay me to buy a naked drill driver as well . Also do you know who does good deals on these . cheers for your help Mark

    Thanks for replies , the bosch is £ 99 at screwfix and the cheapest i can find the ryobi is £ 119 so the maths says go for the bosch i guess .

    ajrobb , i am confused are the R values meaningless then in respect of the recommended level 6.1 to 7.0 which the 75mm of vamiculite equates to . What i dont understand is the K values versus the R values perhaps you could enlighten me as i am not that spamed up on insulation cheers Mark
