I've visited Singapore a few times,its a very safe, clean place, they give up one set of freedoms for another, they would be appalled by the crimes committed here and I wouldn't be able to watch a video someone being killed by a drunk driver, however! I prefer to live with our set of freedoms...

Make a note of it each time,on the calender and make a note of any conversation you have about it,times dates etc, anything and everything!! and in the mean time go to your local council, there is a department or officer for just that,'Anti-social noise'.
