ive just finished putting up my conservatory and wondered if it was ok to leave the concrete floor as it is without any screed and lay laminate ontop? what are the advantages of a screed finish

i know you should use cavity closures for the job but have been told there a con and i could just use spray foam or slate is this correct? also do i plasterboard over window cavaties and glue the internal cill on top? thanks in advance

the base for the conservatory i have ordered is out by about 75mm across the diagnals, what problems am i likely to encounter when i fit the conservatory and more importantly ways around them?

i was wondering if i could build the outer skin upto dpc first then lay the concrete floor then continue with the outer skin and build the inner skin ontop of the concrete floor, is this allowewd or do i need to build up both skins from foundation level?

yes its a 600mm dwarf wall for a conservatory.

also i forgot to mention i have to bridge a pipe would a 70mm concrete lintel be strong enough to support the wall or should i go for a 140mm?
