    All the sites Ive seen say just smooth the fist one over and then remove it and move to the next one - I reckon maybe buy two just to keep moving quicker

    I'm thinking of getting one of these hard plastic about 2ft square moulds that you simply (apparantly) fill with concrete, smooth over and then move onto next one. I wonder if anyone has had any experience with them and more importantly any tips Thanks IA

    very unlikely - air pockets generally stay at the top of rad. Sounds like sludge in old rads as everyone else has said Need flushing / replacing
