Really? Thats good to hear, although the loft is unused at the moment. I dont have a loft ladder up to it, or any lights etc as I have never really been up there much lol. But I suppose that the boiler wouldnt really be in use that much, just set the timer and away you go.

Hey, I think when the switch was turned on, the 'dreaded' screwdriver lit up on all of the connections in the pendant, but when it the switch was off, it didnt. Hope that helps.

Thanks for you reply! And thank you for pointing out what I've done wrong, I'll remember all that now for when I redo this :) If there is insufficent voltage going to the pendant, where would the fault be likely to lie? Or is it to hard to say with out actually being here to check it all out...

Nah thats a bit of electrical tape that oddly looks like copper!
