After changing ISP my firewall is refusing access to the new dialup number. This is Norton's 2000 version and I get the error message from the dialup - 'dialplan update unavailable'. How do I configure the firewall to accept the new dialer software? There doesn't seem to be anyway of tinkering...

yes it was the heat pump I was interested in - works like a reverse refrigeration unit so only needs a few degrees temp diffeence. Saw a guy on Grand Designs installing one on a converted church in Ireland. I believe it works best as underfloor heating rather than radiators? Steve
