My neighbours gates stopped working when she was on call at her hospital, and her car was in the drive! The frustration... I unlocked them for her though, and got a bottle of wine out of it!

Hi, I'm considering getting my normal sized gate converted to being electricly operated, it's a gate of a normal size for a semi detached property. The only thing is that I have no idea how much it would cost... What would be an average cost for a gate conversion? Also is it worth...

Its also an extreamly poor way of cutting down of spiders triggering alarms, its going to trigger it more than once...

I'm sure it will explain what it is to anyone who is interested in the manual...

I've got a galaxy g2-20 and I've recently connected a bell box. I want the strobe to flash when it sets and when speaking to the engineer he said that it needs two things , I've done the one in parameters, set confirm... Is there anything else as it doesnt flash on set confirm...? Thanks

Haha, it's hard to explain... When I had permanent hold off power it sirened away even if the bell trig wasn't active. So instead of using the bell trig, I took out the hold off negative power and put the bell trig in its place. Therefore giving it power in an alarm or bell activation condition...

I'm not really sure, I just thought that if hold off supply is powered to it and it sirens then I will just use the bell trig in the negative hold off supply & it has worked... :D

I've tried connecting a elmdene sounder, one with a battery and all of that stuff to my Honeywell galaxy g2-20 system, on one of my rios. I connected power via attaching the cables to the incoming power for the rio and used the trigger via a bell output programmed on the rio. But when...
