    I got some rose spray today, says it kills green fly /black fly and black spot and mildew.. i think your right though it needs a hard prune. and soem TLC around the roots...cheers.

    firstly foxes do not attack people not even small ones but i can understand your concerns, they arnt the most sanitary creatures. .. they dont like dogs (if you have one) or strong smells like Citronella oil, you can get Fox deterant sonic devices pretty cheep too..

    Ive also heard of heat extraction from running water in a similar way.... Though i think Super Insulation is the way to go i reckon that ground sourced heating is maybe a way to keep old houses livable.

    You can get acid brick cleaners that you spray on and the grundge sort of rolls off like magic.. google brick cleaners. I ve used it a few years ago and its supriseingly effective (tho a bit harsh on skin/hair!)
