I was thinking firstly of 2x300w floodlights, surly the PIR comes into it, if it was only capable of switching 200w for example sticking 2x500w lights on it would burn the contacts out surly (or worse!)

Hiya peeps, my house in the last 5 years has slowly been getting worse, always above the doors and windows and in some places presumbably on joints between boards, I've managed to patch it up in places but i'd really like to get to the bottom of why this is happening and a way of fixing it...
