Pick some holes - my plumbing-copper/soldered joint content!

The maze behind the kitchen unit (wanted to hide as much as possible)
I've not done a lot with copper before, the first stuff I did was with those Yorkshire fittings, I didn't get on with them and ended up draining the system down and adding solder, nightmare.

At the notches in the back of the unit for the pipes

Had a nightmare with the plastic pipe coming through the kitchen floor but lucky enough just had enough space for a plastic to 22mm copper adaptor, very lucky!

Only a small unit, was really struggling to fit all the waste in etc

Am I using to much solder when making the joints?

I'd really like some opinions on it as I'd love to improve my skills.

You don't need ptfe on the threads of compression joints, it serves no purpose. If you wish to add something, some form of jointing compound just on the olive is ideal, ie hawk white or jet blue.
I've seen much worse soldering from so called professionals

Has this been leaking aswell on the bend? Probably just flux that has dripped maybe

Do yourself a favor and clean the flux off the pipes.

Green pipes not very nice looking, and the flux residue gradually eats into the pipe.

As for soldering I see a lot worse off so called pros.

fuggit mate... just use a wet and dry if you ever need to drain that far. you'll be able to drain as far as the tap above it so youll only have a litre or so of water anyways.

next time with the soldering use a little less heat and only heat the fitting not the pipe aswell. otherwise as a few have said it's as good as some pro's work i've seen
