My plumbing skills are very basic

I can cut copper pipe and I can use compression fittings. I've never soldered

I have a minor leak , one drop every minute. No panic.

See the picture. It's leaking at the copper joint, the solder joint wasn't good enough

I want to cut the copper pipe and use compression fittings.

What fitting's do I need?

It's 22mm pipe coming out of an immersion cylinder.

I don't have the tools to go soldering and even if i had , I might not get it right first time

You won't get a compression fitting which creates a bend out of the cylinder that's as tight as what's there now - it'll stick out much further. You'd need enough fittings to create an offset, which will be a bit of a mess. Don't lose the compression nut that's holding the current pipe in place - it's a special size not available separately, you'll need to retrieve it and re-use.

Is there a fitting the opposite end that could be disconnected so you could either bench solder or take it to someone to do for you. If you cant disconnect at next joint, cut the pipe below leak, bench resolder leak and join cut pipe with straight compression coupler?
