JG Speedfit - Can You Shorten A Speedfit Flexihose?

Make sure you use inserts in both ends of the plastic. as all joints are pushfit apart from the 3/4 nut to the tap, make sure pipe is fully inserted into the joints and the plastic collars on the coupling are tightened up once fitted. Check the rubber washer is still okay inside the 3/4 nut...

Easiest way for you if you are only working on a small hole behind a tile, remove flexi hose, Get a 15mm straight pushfit coupling, push that onto the existing copper, get another piece of copper or plasic pipe, dont forget the inserts if using plastic. ( plastic will be better for you as it...

    Towel Radiator Help

Depending on your plumbing skills, if none of the above are possible you could cut the 15mm copper as low as possible, solder a 15mm coupling with 10mm reducer and go up in 10mm which you will be able to bend into an offset to connect into the rad, but again the rad will need to be fitted higher...

    Radiators cold at the bottom.

How many radiators do you have in the house ? Whats your pipework like? 22mm with 15mm tails ? 10mm, 8mm ? Sounds like a big balancing issue. Plus you say some rads only have 1 tap, If you have twin entry valves on some rads these cannot be powerflushed. so you may still have sludge flowing...
