Thanks Ian I will check out the Baxi repair website. Would you agree we probably dont need a system flush as the CH water is clear almost looks as clean as tap water and no signs of sludge. We keep having power flushes mentioned to us

Ok the symptons do appear to be heat exchanger blockages. I can purchase a Baxi 80e DHW heat exchanger for approx £56 from the internet (probably not Baxi genuine part) how much would anyone say it would cost to fitted , I've already spent £85 on the boiler and don't want to keep throwing good...
