    Cheers, Its mearly because I have the 2 tapered fittings already from something else. They are 1" tapered male x 28mm parallel compression elbows.

    Should I just use a 15/50 on speed 1 or can you get a smaller pump for smaller systems? All rads are on the same floor as the pump btw. Cheers Nick

    Rayburn question

    Has anyone here done or know how to convert an Oil fired rayburn BACK to Solid Fuel? We are going to buy a used Rayburn and one has come up that was solid fuel originally but converted to oil. How hard would it be to re-convert it? Thanks for any input Nick :D

    One of the Energy saving bulbs in our house will not fire up to full power without hovering your hand within 2" of it!!!! It only does it when the bulb is cold but its a dead cert you will need to do it. I wonder why that is :?:

    Hello, pump problem?

    Ok thankyou. Ill flush it through and add a cleaner this weekend then see where we are. The pump definatley needs new valves either side so ill change those when its empty.
