What fitting is this? (pic)

Can anyone tell me what this fitting is? Its fitted on a 28mm gravity flow that used to be from a oil fired range but is now a wood burner.
I needs replacing as its leaking. Oh and dont mind the fake brick wall paper, we only moved in 3 weeks ago and the house is a georgian place that belonged to an elderly lass.

Ok so its a pressure relief valve Can anyone sudgest a fitting to replace the one above as they all look different to the one above?

you can still get these just go into a decent merchants last one i got from plumb center
