i ddint really want to mount plastic on all of it, ill have to try something like leyland eggshell? there isnt any problems with the walls. i bet ill end up mounting plastic to all of it.....

^^^ thats helpful but im even more confussed now. i mounted plastic above the shower and that sorted the job but it goes somewere else.. which it has. you can feel how cold the ceiling feels were its causing the problem...

i have an extractor fan that is wired in to work when the lights comes on, standard, i want to wire another one in with it? is this easy to do??! thanks

i know its only down to the steam, and x2 ourside walls, the ceiling has the required building reg insulation on it now that hasnt helped this situation...

for bathroom... i cant get the ceiling to stop flaking (cracking) i have an extractor fan (might not be amazing) but it works.. window and redaitor and during the winter always struggle i currently just use some cheap b and q own brand.. (i know not the best) does bathroom paint really...

the isolating valve was very furry.. but dry - i touched it (didnt want to prod to much) just a bit of green flaked off? but seemed dry just leave then i guess??!

i didnt like to start cleaning away incase it was stopping a leak.. its up in the roof attaching to the large tank, what is the stufff?? it seemed to come off with touching it>?? thanks:)

?? was up in the roof, and saw this green stuff that comes off when you touch it.. like green salt...???? around one side of the isolating valve.. doesnt appare to be leaking... touched with tissue.. just the green stuff came off ?? anyone please/ get scared with with it being the large tank...

been advised that this might help cure air.. (in upstairs rads) also been told to check a close eye on little tank (by turning it off) and bleeding rads (seeing if level drops.. any other advise please? thanks

ive fitted a 10mm stop end over it. and seems to be working a treat. thanks :) only a tiny bit bigger than the old drain plug! :)

i know that i need it to fit on the end of the valve...(were the red arrow shows) Do you think this will be ok? i need to make sure the od on the T is 10mm

not sure if the t could be 12mm?! 12mm end caps dont seem to be as well known!!

as the drain plug is leaking....i know it needs a new valve and this is a temp measure.. thanks?? is it 10mm or 15mm??

ive checked...and the water is going to the correct water level, could it be the connection inside the tank were the overflow connects to seeping water and dripping outside???

its just when i come down in the morning and have a look (hasnt been flushed all night) i see a couple of drops on the floor and a tiny bit of water hanging from the over flow pipe ive checked in side at the same time and the water level is a fair bit down from the top of the pipe were the...

open fully then half turn back to stop sieeeasing up :)
