As previously, I'd stake my professional reputation on that Conet rad valve being 10mm, so the pipe will be 10mm.
Conet rad valves were discontinued many moons ago.
If you can make out what make the tee is you could get away with a blank capnut on the tee.
Bear in mind that not all 10mm compression joint threads are the same.

as i cant stop the thing weeping, i was just thinking about putting a 10mm compression stop end over the thread - biting on to the T

ive fitted a 10mm stop end over it. and seems to be working a treat. thanks
