    its still producing sludge no matter how much inhibitor you put in, it just avoid a system flush. i still have my pump on number 2, should i be turning it to 3 for the desludge process?

    i did have a look at those magancleans - look impressive, do they replace any future need to inhibit the system or is that still required. Can they be fitted anywhere?

    the water tank was full of water. I decided to fill the system with x400 and then add a inhibitor, its well overdue so not bearing any additional costs as yet!

    Pump speed, now im not exactly sure but i think its about midway round. I last filled up approx 6 months ago to change a rad then a year before that to change a rad, so no inhibitor for 2 years at most. im not sure of the age of the pump, weve been in the house 3 years and no change.
