Changing/repairing the cartridge worked, I purchased a new one but the new one was longer than the existing one, so changing the washer at the bottom from the new one to the old worked. Thanks again for your help :)

I have been told that Baxi don't do diverter value repair kits, so limited to after market kits.

Last time was 2018 or 2019 roughly.. was leaking/dripping water at the front pushrod. There was a time before that too.. can't remember when though. This is the third time since 2006.

Thank you. I have checked the pump and it spins fine. I will try flushing the system with F3 leave it for a week or 2 then drain again and use F1 see if that helps.

Thanks guys. Is there anyway to clean/clear the pump if there is any blockages in it as my pump gets super hot? Or do you just flush and clean the entire system with the likes of Fernox F3 or Senitel X400? Thanks for your help.
