What is the best adhesive to attach wood strips to a brick wall please? I would like to avoid using nails or screws if possible. It is to attach a thin wood strip to along door frame against a brick wall. Thanks in advance

I will still have to put /apply the concrete mix between the door frame, so any ideas how long i would need to let it dry before i can fit the new door frame please?

Hi.. I need to replace one side of a external door frame. The problem is between the wooden frame and concrete breeze blocks there was either concrete or mortar.. which had crumbled from about mid height approx to the bottom of the door frame, it was a 1 to 2 cm thick. I need to replace this...

I can hear it spinning/whirling when i put the hot water on.. but again no flame. It is the same when i put the heating on.

I changed the whole pump unit but no success, I can hear the pump spinning but no flame on ☹

Is it case of buying a new pump or can I try to take it apart and get it spinning as i am unlikely to be able to buy a new pump during the weekend Thanks again everyone for your help

I tried taking the screw off and there is a screw another black screw behind it.. I tried turning it with a screwdriver but no movement The pump just gets hot.

My back combi 80e will no longer ignite a flame. The flame failure light does not come either. I have tried resetting it with no luck. I tried to find a small button the internal pipe on the overheat stat.. but could not find it. I could see the overheat thermostat on the pipe but no little...

sorry to bother you again ianmcd if I put the hot water tap on running will I/where would I see the water passing through... I am unsure how I can tell is the water is passing through.

Diverter actuator motor is the diverter valve operating head... is that right?
