I had a play with my new circular saw and made this up and fitted this for now, looks ok and it's made it quite sturdy :)

Aye true that, only time will tell and a bit of wind! I think I'll strip a panel down and screw some in the gaps .

I hope not :unsure: my previous - all be it 5ft fence lasted ok but I know ideally I should put new concrete posts in but I don't fancy doing that, too much hard work!

Hi Ian. Got a spare in the Garage, do you mean just screw a slat off that in to the gap?

Apparently can't be used for concrete posts - wooden only :(

Cheers JohnD but I don't think that will fit either as it's a similar design to the others, issue I have is the syphon is blocking it due to the handle/fill valve pipe being on the same side, shoddy design! I will maybe have to look at putting the handle on the other side and rotate the syphon...

Pic is a little misleading as you are right it will clear the arm no problem, issue is it won't fit between the space at the bottom of the cistern - fouls the bottom black bit of the syphon. The Fluidmaster that you linked is exactly the same as mine bar the brass bit! so that's out.

Help :( I bought a Opella EcoFil side fill valve in order to swap out my noisy ballcock system but the siphon part is in the way because the handle is on the same side as the entry of the fill valve pipework :evil: Any ideas to get this to work?

Which side :unsure: fence goes all the way around our garden was there when we moved in a few yrs ago. I'm still not sure how best to approach this :(

Forgot to say basically the Trellis is resting on top of a 3ft single brick wall which complicates things really I think.

Thanks for that Doggit, will try and get a pic tomorrow but safe to say the Trellis has seen better days! I was kind of fearing that reply, wanted to avoid back breaking work! Slabs would have to come up (concreted in) and a lot of hard work.

Does anyone know the easiest/best way to attach a little fencing to this bit where the dead bush is? Trellis is currently there but it's resting on a single brick wall and the neighbour is a little touchy shall we say :( We are looking to replace all the fencing - other neighbour is ok...
