Right , been back and replaced both thermistors while i was there. Also removed pump head , seemed very hot.....dirty and abit of shale but nothing realy . But enough to make a guess that primary hex is dirty also. Boiler still hits 80' and goes off but cools for 30sec or so and comes back on...

so if the divertors look the same what is the differance? Is the divertor blanked off internally on tha by-pass, that would make sense ??

dont understand that then? Baxi 105's have the 22mm by-pass pipe with the little pigs tail sensing pipe on it.! So how would there be 2 differant divertor setups?? For 2 differant Baxi boilers?? Or actually for the 105's?

Yes you did hit a nerve number 1. Im not trying to be a clever sod,. The only reason i can have a good hit rate fixing boilers because i can put the time in to fault finding etc. These jobs i get arnt paid work as such. They are family and friends who know a handy guy and i also love fixing...
