boiler-worcester greenstar i system compact
unvented cyl- stelflow pre plumb 300l
stat- led p5 TQX0073
Electronic dual cyl stat ESCTDEPW
3 channel multi purpose prog TQX0027

A prog, stat and the cyl stat are all supplied, and are connected to a wiring center located on cylinder.
2 port valves are pre wired/soldered to wiring center pcb
boiler has fuse spur supply l n e, and then lne and switch live ch goes to wiring center.#
boiler hasnt got optional fitted divertor.
problem is the programmer doesnt control ch? it turns on hw, and advancing or boosting is no problem.
ch cant be turned on/off by prog. although it can be turned on/off by stat. wiring is exact to what manufactures instructions say to do. and wiring center spells it out simply...you cant go wrong.
only other thing it says is to cut link for pump overrun, ...tested both cut and uncut, no change.
the stat is wifi enabled, and has a small usb on it. knowone had tried wifi as yet.

COULD IT BE TECHNICAL SETTINGS? im away from system but looking at prog online shows changing between PU and GR (PUMPED AND GRAVITY) says selecting pu allows for indipendant control of ch and hw but gr does not allow ch without hw. but from memory i cant remember it even showing a call for heat light on any setting?
