    hi, my shower is not heating, however, when its on "high" setting with the temp on "10" it is almost tolerable(cool but not cold) but not quite, as soon as its switched to "medium" it runs stone cold, whats the verdict please and thank you

    well you are the experts, especially this lad above, i am assuming the t/d was having a wee moment whilst shutting down each time which was upsetting the f/f??? on the circuit, i dont have the answers..........i tried them both independently on the same socket for ages with no problem for ages...

    took the vented hose out, fluff was backing up, its a long climb to the window from the bottom of the t/d, my bad,give it a good clean out,been working all morning good as gold on the same 2 gang as the f/f , il seperate them as advised but i had a hunch it was the t/d, thanks for all the replies

    yes, the cords for both dont reach the socket, theyve been on a 1 metre 2 gang for the past 5 years, working perfectly but now the t/d is playing up, i shall check it all out tomorrow, im guessing your gonna say your surprised the house hasnt burnt down by now type thing

    ok, but if it were a case of the socket/connection , i imagine the t/d would lose power and all lights would extinguishand need to be switched on again from the on off button? but thats not the case, all lights remain on and its simply a matter of hitting the start/pause button, it does lose...

    no, the t/d keeps stopping but doesnt lose power the first few times, it does however eventually lose power, thatrs when the f/f loses its power too

    happy new year!! my t/d keeps stopping after a few minutes, press start and it carries on a few minutes, eventually all power goes in the t/d and also the f/f...they are on a two gang, nothing trips, no fuses go, and f/f eventually relights, t/d is also able to be switched back on after a few...

    hi, whats the best way to prevent damp penetrating the vertical joint when blocking up a door(and inserting a window), cant tooth it out, its wetdashed, with smooth rendered door reveals, any advice would be appreciated thankyou
